How can I pay?
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. Bank details and your payment reference are provided in the order confirmation.
When is my order dispatched?
Delivery takes 2–4 business days after payment is received. Dispatch information is sent by email.
How much is delivery?
Delivery within Germany is free for orders of €100 or more.
How do I return an item?
Contact us within 14 days by email or phone. We will then provide the return address.
