We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. Returning goods Send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of return unless otherwise agreed. Please return items in their original packaging and adequately protected. Loss of value You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
