Terms and conditions of sale 1. Scope These terms apply to all orders placed through voltaristech.de. 2. Seller VOLTARISTECH (voltaristech.de) — contact@voltaristech.de, +49 1512 4674227. 3. Formation of contract Product listings are not a binding offer. Your order is a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we send our order confirmation by email. 4. Prices and shipping All prices shown are final prices in euros including statutory VAT. Shipping within Germany is free for orders of 100 € or more. The total shown in the cart is the amount payable. 5. Payment Payment is made by advance bank transfer. Bank details are provided with the order confirmation. Goods are dispatched after payment is received. Card payment is currently not offered. 6. Delivery Goods are dispatched after payment is received, to the address provided by the customer. We inform you by email about dispatch and tracking. 7. Retention of title Goods remain our property until paid in full. 8. Warranty Statutory warranty rights apply (24 months for consumers). 9. Governing law German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
